Return Policy  

To initiate a return, items must be in a resalable condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. Products should be unworn and returned in their entirety. Return requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.   
 

• Non-returnable items:  Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned.  
• Return window: You have 2 days from the time you receive your order to request a return. All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaged as they were received.  
• Tampering: We cannot accept returns if any labels or items have been altered while in your possession.  
• Damaged or defective items: These must be returned within 2 days of receipt.  
• Original packaging:  To process your return, all original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging must be present and unaltered.  

Refund Process   
 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email. This will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.  
• Processing time: Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
